WINE BAR

Emerging foodtrends

Kilim is a contemporary wine bar inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern heritage.

The interior blends rich cultural elements, like patterned carpets and soft curtains, with sharp modern forms and warm, moody lighting.

The venue embodies the 2025 shift in hospitality trends, blending cultural depth with contemporary aesthetics to meet the evolving expectations of modern diners.

The venue is designed to shift seamlessly throughout the day, offering a dynamic environment that suits changing activities, light conditions, and guest moods. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space during the day, enhancing visibility and ambiance.

When a more intimate or subdued setting is desired, such as for evening service or private events, these windows can be covered using integrated wall-hung carpets. This dual-function feature offers both visual and acoustic benefits, allowing for quick and elegant atmosphere control.
