SALON PROJECT
This project involved redesigning an existing structure to house a new hair salon. Spring 2024, the project is located in Bergen, Norway.
Be unique is a salon inspired by the ethereal, spiritual paintings of Agnes Pelton. Frosted blue glass bathes the space in a calming light, while the Homapal Wavy metal product displays the fluidity of water, introducing subtle movement and sculptural interest.The counter and overall layout feature flowing, organic forms that mirror natural rhythms.
The objective of this project is to create a salon that combines high functionality with a serene and welcoming atmosphere. At the same time, it aims to deliver a “wow” effect to attract clients.
The design enhances usability for both staff and clients, ensuring smooth circulation while providing a comfortable, engaging, and memorable experience.

The salon is situated in the heart of Bergen, welcoming customers with a counter featuring organic, flowing shapes. The layout is designed for smooth circulation, maximizing
the number of salon chairs while maintaining an open and airy atmosphere..
